Parabolic dish and truss concept:

The dish is cut from a larger spinning by means of a 5 axis laser cutting CNC. The result is a parabolic dish with precisely located mounting holes.

The truss is made of flat laser cut sandwich walls. The center wall is bolted to the dish and feed, and defines the location of the sub reflector. Using these technologies we achive a very small tolerance buildup.
